Commission FAQ

Before You Send The Request.

These answers explain the studio process without promising a price, timeline or revision count before Jonathan reviews the actual scope.

How Much Is The Deposit?

If a deposit is required, the amount and payment terms will be shown in Jonathan’s written estimate or agreement before the project is scheduled. There is not one universal deposit amount published for every type of artwork.

How Long Does Custom Work Take?

Timing depends on the artwork type, size, surface, materials, approval process, event date and Jonathan’s current schedule. Share your preferred completion date in the Commission Builder so he can review feasibility.

Does Jonathan Travel?

Yes, travel can be considered. Jonathan is based in Dallas-Fort Worth and accepts Texas and travel projects by request. Travel requirements are reviewed as part of the project scope.

Can I Provide Inspiration Pictures?

Yes. The Commission Builder accepts reference images and PDFs so you can show the space, colors, logos, style direction or ideas that matter to the project.

How Many Revisions Are Included?

Revision expectations are defined in the estimate or project agreement based on the type of work. Do not assume unlimited revisions; the approved concept and scope guide the final production process.

Who Prepares The Wall Or Surface?

Preparation depends on the surface and project. Cleaning, repairs, priming, access equipment or other site responsibilities will be confirmed before scheduling so both sides know what must be ready.

Can Businesses Provide Brand Guidelines?

Yes. Businesses can provide approved logos, brand colors, campaign references, event direction and installation requirements. Jonathan uses those materials to develop artwork within the agreed creative boundaries.

When Is The Final Price Confirmed?

Final pricing is confirmed after Jonathan reviews the scope, dimensions, surface, complexity, materials, timing, location, travel and any production or installation requirements.
